In response to concerns voiced by our diplomats, there are now two COLA's available for the year 2007 – 2009 (COLA 4 & 4B). The three journals used for this alternate COLA includes Journal of the American Medical Association, The New England Journal of Medicine, and Annals of Emergency Medicine. You may take either COLA 4 (2007), but not both. Both expire and will be taken off-line December 31, 2009.
