Reporting Problems at the Test Center

If a candidate experiences difficulties with the launch of his or her test or experiences difficulties with the delivery or administration of the Certification Examination Part I at the test center, the candidate must report the problem to the center proctor and submit in writing a report of the problem or difficulties experienced to the AOBEM offices at 142 E. Ontario Street within 10 business days of the administered examination.

The candidate is advised to contact the AOBEM directly for additional information regarding problems or difficulties encountered during the administration of an examination at the test center.
